With WILD BLOOD out March 6th, we have many plans and schemes in hand but none greater than touring, and touring in ways we’ve never done before.
SETLESS - First, we’re going to keep an open setlist show-to-show. Along side a heavy dose of the new album we will endeavor to be ready to play ANY song, off ANY album, at ANY time. No setlist will be the same and every show will be different. Be careful where you stand b/c Michael might just ask you what the next song will be!
VOTES - To prep for this mildly terrifying undertaking, we’re tuning up with a 4-show residency in Nashville on February 14th, 21st and 28th, focusing on a different album each week, and culminating with the full new album on March 6th. We’re holding open voting on Facebook as to which songs you most want to hear (GO HERE). Even if you can’t make the Nashville shows, VOTE ANYWAY as we’ll be taking all votes into account for all upcoming tour dates.
PARTY - We also plan to play many different kinds of shows, whether clubs, festivals, or a house party in your uncle’s barn out back (we’re talkin’ full band w/ punk rock PA…none of that acoustic nonsense). Every show is a party, whether at a club or a house, and we’re for looking for people to coordinate and host every single one of them. Even for shows at regular venues, we’ll be giving free tickets to hand-selected hosts working with us to create unforgettable evenings. WHY? Because we think all this will lead to some classic, unforgettable times. Because true music discovery happens among friends hanging out. And because Goonies Never Say Die!
